When you sign up for a new account in ThinkOut, all data entered is organized on a predefined structure of inflow and outflow categories. Each category is assigned to a cash flow activity (operating, investing, or financing).
To meet your specific business needs, this structure can be easily changed.
What you need to do is to go to Settings.
What changes can you make?
You can create new categories. Click on the Add Category button and fill in the information in the form.
You can edit the name of a category. Go to the category you want to change and click on Edit category. Then fill in the requirements in the form.
You can replace the parent category for a child category. Go to the category you want to change and click on Edit category. Then replace the parent category in the form.
You can change the color associated with a category. Colors help you to easily identify the inflows & outflows categories in the charts from the Dashboard. To replace the color, click on the color circle assigned to the category and select another.
You can delete a category. Go to the category you want to delete and click on Delete category.
You can change the order of your categories. Click on the move icon next to each category to move it up or down.
