Each time you log in to ThinkOut, you’ll see your most recent transactions, so you always have an up-to-date view of your business finances.
If your transactions are no longer updating, it usually means your bank connection consent has expired. This happens automatically 180 days after the initial connection. When this occurs, you’ll notice the status changes to Inactive.
How to reactivate your bank connection:
Go to Accounts
Click Reconnect
Follow the on-screen steps to renew consent
Once the connection is active again, the automated daily refresh will resume, and your transactions will automatically import into ThinkOut.
You can also refresh your data manually at any time using the Refresh button next to Reconnect.
