Every time you log in to ThinkOut, make sure that you refresh your bank connection. This way the platform will aggregate your latest transactions from your bank account and you have an up-to-date picture of your business financials.

You can do this by clicking the Refresh bank account button. Find it in the Accounts section or in Dashboard.

No matter where you click it from, the same thing will happen: you will be redirected to the confirmation page where you'll need to enter the authentication code received from your bank. This is a mandatory security step which confirms that you are the owner of the bank account.

After this your latest transactions will be imported in your ThinkOut account, which you'll be able to see in the Import Summary: imported accounts, imported transactions and already existing transactions.

*If you connect your bank via its Open Banking platform the manual refresh is not required as transactions are automatically imported each day. If you see only your bank's name in the list, without any other additions such as Web Banking, then it's most probably that the connection is done via Open Banking.

Not sure whether you'll have to manually refresh your bank connection or not? Contact us at support@thinkout.io and we'd be happy to help!
